The deal

We look at your revenue, door count, contract quality, client retention, and local market dynamics. Industry-standard methods, walked through assumption by assumption. You’ll never be handed a number without understanding exactly how we got there.
Full acquisitions (clean cash exit), phased transitions (you stay 6 to 12 months and exit gradually), and growth partnerships (you keep running the business with our technology and capital). We build the structure around your goals.
From first conversation to close, most partnerships take 8 to 12 weeks. But we move at your pace. Some owners want to move quickly; others need 6 to 12 months to get comfortable. We don’t rush.

After the deal

Your team stays. Non-negotiable. The people you’ve hired know your market, your owners, and your tenants better than anyone. We invest in them with better tools, training, and career paths · rather than replacing them.
Your brand continues to serve your community. In property management, your local brand IS the business. Over time, we may co-brand or evolve the identity together, but that’s a collaborative conversation · never a unilateral decision.
